Are they worthless watchdogs?
A silent watchdog is worthless. God’s leaders are called to speak up and declare the truth with love. Sadly, too many leaders remain silent in the face of evil and claim that confrontation is not loving. Or is it fear of man or losing church members, or diminished budgets? If our leaders refuse to bark God’s truth against our culture’s sin, are they worthless watchdogs? What about us Christians?
